Terms & Conditions — Pur Harmonie

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules governing the use of the Pur Harmonie website and the business relationship between the Studio and its clients. By accessing the site or commissioning our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

Pur Harmonie offers services in social media strategy, branding, art direction, content creation, and visual communication. Each project’s scope and deliverables are defined in a written proposal or contract.

3. Estimates & Duration

• All work begins after a written quote is approved.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

• The project starts once the quote is signed and the initial deposit is received.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in [EUR/USD/AED], excluding taxes unless specified.

• Standard payment terms: 30% deposit to start, balance due upon delivery.

• Accepted methods: bank transfer, online payment link, or other approved options.

• Late payments may incur legal interest and recovery fees.

5. Modifications & Additional Work

• Any request outside the original scope will require an updated quote or amendment.

• Revisions beyond the agreed number or major scope changes may incur extra costs.

6. Intellectual Property

• All creative materials remain the property of Pur Harmonie until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, specific usage rights (as outlined in the contract: digital, print, etc.) are transferred to the client.

• The client may not resell, alter, or reuse materials outside the agreed scope without written consent.

7. Promotion & Credits

• Pur Harmonie reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or social media, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

• We appreciate, but do not require, credit mentions where appropriate.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All client data is treated confidentially and in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, where relevant).

• Personal data is only used to manage the business relationship.

9. Liability

• Pur Harmonie provides all services with professionalism and diligence.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for performance results of digital ads or third-party tools.

10. Client Responsibilities

• The client must ensure they own the rights to any content (text, visuals, logos, etc.) provided for use.

• The client will indemnify Pur Harmonie for any claims arising from unauthorized materials.

11. Moral Rights

Adrien Nkounkou retains moral rights as the creator. The Studio’s name and integrity of the work must be respected unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement in case of serious breach, after written notice and a 15-day remedy period.

• If the client cancels the project after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.

• All completed work up to the cancellation remains payable.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [France / UAE / your country of residence].
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City].
